Brew

9.2/10

Email marketing for teams and agents. The send layer I would wire into a Clay-plus-Attio stack.

We scored the harnesses on MCP and API coverage, on-brand design, and whether the agent can send. Brew leads for SaaS, modern teams and teams using agents.

Positioning

Brew is email marketing for teams and agents. You describe a campaign or automation in plain English. Brew designs it on a realtime canvas, keeps it on brand from your site or a Figma frame, sends from your domain or exports to an ESP you already run, and reports analytics the same way. People use the web app. Agents use the API, TypeScript SDK, or hosted MCP. On this desk that is the send layer, not a model review.

Agent and API surface

  • Hosted MCP at https://brew.new/api/mcp. OAuth 2.1 or a brew_ key. Same lifecycle as the web app.
  • Public API, @brew.new/sdk, and brew-cli. Anything a person can do, an agent can do.
  • Send natively or export the template to Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and the other connected ESPs.

Automations

  • Build multi-step automations (welcome, onboarding, re-engagement, abandoned-cart, transactional) from a single prompt.
  • Generates copy, design, audience logic, and flow structure together rather than as separate manual steps.

Deliverability

  • Native sending with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC authentication built in.
  • Custom sending domain included even on the free plan.

Strengths

  • +Realtime Emails canvas: several designs on one row, not a one-email document editor.
  • +Hosted MCP, API, and SDK so the same brand file is available to an agent.
  • +Export or send-through when Klaviyo still owns delivery.

Trade-offs

  • -Smaller ecommerce depth and integration catalogue than Klaviyo or HubSpot.
  • -No native SMS, push, or landing pages. Permission-based lists only.

Best for

Developers and agents who need a send layer they can call from Cursor or Claude, with a canvas for the human who still reviews the row.

Consider if

The store already lives in Klaviyo, or you only need a transactional API. Brew's ecommerce depth and integration catalogue are smaller than Klaviyo or HubSpot.

Pricing posture

Every plan includes the product. Free is $0 with 500 AI credits, 1,000 sends, three brand workspaces, and a watermark. Growth is $99. Pro is $249. Seats and sending domains are unlimited. Credits do not roll over. See https://brew.new/pricing.
